Terms and Conditions win345 – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the win345 platform — whether via website, mobile, or any other device — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual products or promotions.

Win345 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms were drafted in Brazilian Portuguese and are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use win345's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not hold any other active account on win345 — only one account per CPF, per email address, and per device;
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list from win345 or Brazilian regulatory bodies;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a win345 employee.

Win345 may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any registration without providing a reason, provided this is done in compliance with applicable law.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Win345 is legally required to verify players' identities before processing withdrawals and in specific security-related situations. The verification process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — may be requested at any time and includes:

• Valid government-issued photo ID: National ID (RG), Driver's License (CNH), or Passport;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of the payment method used (bank details, Pix screenshot, etc.);
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested by the security team.

Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 require full identity verification before processing. win345 has up to 48 business hours to review submitted documents. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

All documentation is handled with strict confidentiality, stored with encryption, and used solely for identity verification and legal compliance purposes, in accordance with the LGPD.

4. Account & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your win345 account credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, unless you notified win345 of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

4.1 Security best practices

• Use a strong, unique password for win345, different from any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with third parties;
• Access win345 only from personal devices and secure networks;
• Log out after each session on shared devices.

4.2 Suspected unauthorized access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact win345 support immediately at suporte@win345.world. win345 may temporarily lock the account during the investigation to protect your funds.

5. Deposits

Win345 does not charge additional fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the player's bank or payment processor are the sole responsibility of the account holder. win345 reserves the right to request identity verification before crediting deposits above a certain amount.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

6. Withdrawals

Win345 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to bank accounts registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit, except for accounts still undergoing identity verification.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

• Pix withdrawals are processed in under 10 seconds on average after approval;
• Approval may take up to 24 business hours in security review cases;
• VIP Program members receive priority processing queues;
• Withdrawals requested on weekends and public holidays follow the same processing flow.

6.2 Withdrawal conditions

For a withdrawal to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) completed;
• All active bonus rollover requirements met, or bonus voluntarily canceled;
• No active security investigation on the account;
• Sufficient available balance to cover the requested amount.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Win345 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing players. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific conditions of that offer, including the rollover requirements.

7.1 Welcome bonus

The win345 welcome bonus is 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 1,500.00. To release the bonus for withdrawal, you must meet the rollover requirement of 30x the bonus amount within the deadline of 30 days running from the activation date.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid for use on the win345 platform only and cannot be transferred;
• Only one bonus can be active on a player's account at a time;
• Win345 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or bets placed in violation of the promotion's terms;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 in sports, or on games excluded from the promotion, do not count toward the rollover;
• Expired bonuses will not be reactivated.

8. Sports Betting

Win345 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, State Championships), basketball NBB, volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other national and international tournaments.

8.1 Placing and confirming bets

A bet is considered valid and confirmed when the win345 system displays a confirmation message with the bet code. Bets awaiting confirmation may be cancelled by the system in the event of a technical failure or odds update prior to confirmation.

8.2 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancelled or permanently suspended events: full refund of the stake;
• Events temporarily suspended and resumed: bets remain valid as normal;
• Multiple bets with a canceled selection: the selection is removed and the odds adjusted;
• Obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds): win345 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount.

8.3 Live Betting

On win345 live betting, odds are updated in real time. The confirmed odds may differ slightly from those displayed at the moment of clicking, due to the speed of updates. The system will notify you of any change and ask for confirmation before the bet is finalized.

9. Casino & Games

Win345 casino games — slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and more — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Playtech. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the in-game information panel.

9.1 Technical failures during gameplay

In the event of a technical failure during an active round, win345 will follow this procedure:

• If the round was not completed and no result has been determined: the bet is fully refunded;
• If the outcome was determined before the failure and the data was recorded: the result will stand;
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome: win345 will consult the game provider's logs to determine the correct result.

Win345's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Progress between tiers is calculated based on the total amount wagered over a rolling 30-day period. Each tier's benefits are applied automatically and include:

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on win345 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and bonuses, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same CPF or using different CPFs for the same person;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting bugs or technical system errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Use of inside information for sports betting (match-fixing, parlays combined with manipulation);
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties;
• Any form of fraud, including fraudulent credit card chargebacks;
• Systematic bonus abuse using gameplay strategies that do not constitute legitimate use of the platform.

Win345 actively monitors betting patterns and financial activity to identify prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily blocked from withdrawals until the review is concluded.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Player-initiated closure

You can close your win345 account at any time by submitting a request to support at suporte@win345.world. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed normally. Unfulfilled bonus balances will be canceled; real money balances will be returned via Pix after identity verification.

12.2 win345-initiated closure

Win345 reserves the right to close or suspend an account with notice in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Request by regulatory or judicial authorities;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

13. Responsible Gambling

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be settled in the court of the consumer's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

15.2 Limitation of liability

Win345 is not liable for financial losses resulting from the player's betting decisions, service interruptions caused by external factors (internet infrastructure issues, force majeure), or indirect damages arising from use of the platform beyond what is established in these terms.

15.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for products and promotions, constitute the entire agreement between the player and win345, superseding any prior communications or agreements on the same subject.
